Viewers Have Opportunity to Win Great Prizes from Swain Mats

USA Judo is pleased to announce, through the generosity of the Orange County JudoTraining Center and Swain Mats, that the gold medal finals of the U.S. Open will be Webcast live from the Gwinnett Center on Friday and Saturday evenings at www.livesportsvideo.com.

Broadcast will begin Friday night at 6 p.m. EDT with Opening Ceremonies and will immediately be followed by the finals. Saturday evening’s broadcast will begin at 5 p.m. EDT.

During each night’s broadcast, commentators Leo White and Pat Burris will ask two trivia questions relating to judo players competing in Mixed Martial Arts from Kirik Jenness, president of www.mma.tv. The first person to e-mail webcast@usajudo.us with the correct answer will win one of two prizes – a Swain Sports landing pad or a year-long membership to World Champion and Olympic medalist Mike Swain’s new online training program. Note: Landing pads may only be shipped to winners in the United States.

Viewers also are encouraged to e-mail your questions or comments on the night’s fights to White and Burris throughout the night.

“USA Judo continues to provide the latest in technology to keep not only our members, but fans of the sport around the Americas and the world, informed on one of the best events in the Pan American region,” said USA Judo CEO Jose H. Rodriguez. “On behalf of USA Judo and all of those who will have the opportunity to watch the U.S. Open from their homes for the third year in a row, I would like to thank Orange County Judo Training center and Swain Mats for their support of this Webcast.
